Michael Jacobs

In 2014, Michael began his advisory career in commercial real estate after more than 16 years with three of the largest banks in the US. As a Portfolio Manager with US Bank, Michael ran point on commercial real estate lending for a multi-billion dollar portfolio, underwriting all types of commercial real estate. His experience and skill analyzing real estate markets, running financial analysis, and working with entrepreneurs serve him well in commercial lending. He has a tenacious, straightforward and calm approach which creates a smooth transaction for clients in an often chaotic marketplace. Michael is a graduate of Business Finance from Oklahoma University, and earned an MBA from Stetson University. Outside of commercial lending, some of Michael’s favorite activities include playing tennis and golf, traveling, reading, writing, and enjoying valuable family time with family.
